During an active rentalFor anything you need during the rental (car not delivered, breakdown, accident, damage, dispute) your point of reference is always the rental company — you'll find its direct number on the booking details and in the confirmation email. MoviQ does not provide assistance during the rental and does not intervene in the contractual relationship between you and the rental company.For insurance or road issues you can also contact the roadside assistance included in your policy, or call 112.You can always write to support@moviq.it to flag incidents you believe are relevant to the platform's quality: we will use your report to moderate rental companies, but we cannot act as mediators in the dispute.Registered officeThe company's full details will be published at the public launch.
