  • Visibility in search results — your fleet appears when a user searches for a car in your city, on the dates you have availability.
  • Zero commission on the rental price — the customer pays you, directly, with the method you accept. MoviQ doesn't collect, doesn't hold, doesn't skim anything.
  • Full backoffice included — manage your fleet, prices (including seasonal dynamic pricing), the availability calendar for each vehicle, incoming requests, confirmed bookings, customer reviews, statistics and estimated revenue from a single dashboard.
  • Full control of the customer relationship — the customer's phone number and email are yours. You can call them back, build loyalty, offer them discounts on future rentals directly. No "wall" like the big marketplaces use.
  • No exclusivity — you keep using your own website, word of mouth, other portals, the phone. MoviQ is an extra channel, not the only one.
  • Custom rental terms — you publish your own conditions (mileage, minimum age, excess, cancellation policy, accepted payment methods). We don't impose commercial rules.
How it works on your sideAfter onboarding, you access the MoviQ backoffice with your magic link by email. From there:
  • You upload your fleet — for each car you add photos (5-8 recommended), make/model/year, fuel, transmission, seats, luggage, options, included mileage, base daily price. Add a private "internal note" with the plate, pre-existing damage and management info — not visible to customers.
  • You set the calendar — block the dates a car is unavailable, set different prices for high/low season or weekends.
  • You receive requests — when a user books, you get an email + push with the details. You have 24h to confirm or decline. Fast response times improve your ranking in the results.
  • You manage pickups and returns — you handle everything at your premises as you do today. MoviQ does not interfere with the paper or digital contract you sign.
  • You read your metrics — most-viewed cars, most-saved cars, high-demand periods, estimated revenue, the most requested model for your city, the average price per segment (also versus local competition, in aggregate form).
What we ask of you
  • Active Italian VAT number in the vehicle rental sector (ATECO code 77.11 or compatible).
  • ID of the legal representative for anti-fraud verification during onboarding (just once).
  • Valid liability insurance on the entire fleet listed on MoviQ. We ask for it because our users expect every listed car to be insured — it's the platform's foundation of trust.
  • Written rental terms accessible to the customer before confirmation (you publish them on your MoviQ profile — freely editable at any time).
  • Response within 24h to booking requests. Below this threshold, requests expire and customers are directed elsewhere.
How much it costsA single, flat subscription, independent of the number of cars in your fleet and the revenue you generate. No commission on rental prices, no fee per request, no minimum transaction threshold.

On sign-up you register a payment method (Visa/Mastercard/Amex credit or debit card). For the first 30 days no charge is made — it's the free trial during which you can upload your fleet, receive bookings and assess the return.At the end of the 30 days, the subscription activates automatically and the first monthly fee is charged. From then on, renewal is automatic every month on the same date, until you deactivate. Deactivation happens directly from the backoffice in the "Subscription" section — your account stays active until the end of the paid cycle, then it is suspended with no further charge.How much will I earn?It depends on your fleet, your city and your prices. Based on pilot tests, our estimate is 8-15 additional bookings for every 10 cars in your fleet, in the first 6 months, in a medium-sized city (>200k inhabitants). The average price of a short rental in Milan in 2026 is around €65/day for a city car, €95/day for a compact SUV.The break-even on the subscription (€49/month) is 1 additional rental per month of a city car for 1 day. Above this threshold, it's net margin.How we help you get started

Frequently asked questionsCan I deactivate my account at any time?Yes, at any time from the backoffice Settings. Bookings already confirmed remain valid. New requests stop immediately. The subscription does not renew for the next cycle.Can I change prices during the year?Yes, all prices are editable at any time. You can also set different prices for specific periods (high season, events, weekends) through the calendar.Does MoviQ force me to accept every customer?No. You can decline a request without giving a reason. Very high decline rates (>30%) penalise your visibility in the results, but you are not cut off.What happens if a customer doesn't show up for pickup (no-show)?You apply your own no-show policy as stated in your conditions. MoviQ collects the report from your backoffice and penalises the user on the platform rating. In case of repeated no-shows, we suspend the user's account.Does MoviQ see my cars' and customers' data?We see the cars you publish (that's the product). Of customers we see email, name, phone and bookings — used exclusively to run the platform. We don't resell them, we don't share them with other partners, we don't use them for third-party advertising.
